With the growing social injustice in the world,  many people feel helpless to affect change and alter the global course that’s been charted. But we all play a role. Every second of every day. And much of that role starts in the workplace where long standing systems of power, politics, and structures inhibit the very change we want to see in the world. The biggest culprit? Data. Allison takes us on a journey to explore the history of the workplace, where we’ve been, and where we are inevitably going.
